Denver Breast Augmentation Safety Considerations

Our staff and facilities are dedicated to your safety during your breast augmentation surgery. Some of our patients receive saline-filled, silicone rubber shelled implants. Saline-filled implants are filled with sterilized salt water that, in the case of leaking, the salt water is harmlessly absorbed by the body. 

Women over 22 years of age may choose the new FDA approved silicone cohesive gel implants. These implants tend to be softer and lighter, with a more natural feel. The MemoryGel™ implants feature a cohesive, gelatin-like substance that acts as a solid rather than a liquid. During your breast augmentation procedure, you will be treated as an individual and your follow up care will be tailored to your specific needs.  To ensure that all of our patients receive the proper post operative care, we do not charge for follow-up visits. It does not matter if its five days following surgery or five years.  We are always available to you. Our post procedure care is unparalleled.

We are very proactive in providing medications to ensure your wellbeing and comfort.  We are very attentive to avoid any complications of  breast augmentation surgery.  We use minimal scar technique that does not require external sutures.  These incisions are very small and camouflage well.  Small dressings are removed at about five days.

Usually the recovery time takes no more than a week before returning back to work. Typically, one may return to light exercises following the end of the first week.  Heavier activities such as aggressive swimming, weightlifting using the pectoral muscles, or high impact activities such as running are recommended after full recovery (about six weeks).
